These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between ROYALE CAMERA PRIVATE LIMITED, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).
By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without
assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

· To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.

You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
· You agree not to use the website and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
· You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
· You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.
You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to
provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific
Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
· These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
· All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in BANGALORE SOUTH, Karnataka

Royale Camera Private Limited - Camera Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Identification and Scrutiny Process:
- Prospective renters must pass a detailed verification process. This involves submitting detailed personal information, which will be reviewed by our partnered third-party agency.
- A local, Bangalore-based proof of address is required for verification. Renters must deposit a valid government-issued photo ID for the duration of the rental.

2. Rental Agreement and Fees:
- Upon approval, the first rental delivery is mandatorily conducted in person to confirm the renter’s address. This service incurs a fee of INR 250.
- Full payment for the rental must be received before equipment is dispatched.

3. Equipment Care and Usage:
- The equipment is the property of Royale Camera Private Limited and must be treated with care. Renters are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition throughout the rental period.
- It is strictly prohibited to take the equipment outside of India without prior notification and appropriate permissions. Additional fees and documentation may be required for such arrangements.

4. Damages and Penalties:
- If the equipment is returned damaged, or if any accessories are lost or damaged, the renter is liable to replace the item(s) and cover all associated costs, including rental charges accrued until the equipment is replaced.
- Providing false information will lead to immediate blacklisting from all rental services offered by Royale Camera Private Limited and associated entities within Bangalore.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made one week or more before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within a week of the delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee deducted from the refund.

6. Non-Compliance and Recovery Process:
- If rented items are not returned within 48 hours after the rental period ends, and if the renter is unreachable, recovery procedures will be initiated. This includes legal actions, filing a police complaint, and potentially involving a private investigator to recover the lost items.
- Public notices of non-compliance may be posted on our website and social media platforms.

7. Rental Period and Timelines:
Royale Camera Private Limited - A One-Day Rental Schedule

- Home Delivery: We’ll deliver the camera to your doorstep on the evening before your rental day, between 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
- Start of Rental: Your rental period begins the next day. You can start using the camera from the time you receive it.
- End of Rental: Please return the camera 8 AM to 10:00 A.M. on the day after your rental period starts.
